"After being diagnosed with panic disorder in 2017, and going through a quarter life crisis later on, I decided I no longer wanted to be a victim of my own mind.

I embarked on a healing and personal growth journey.

Becoming a Coach was the result of converting my weakness into power, and aspiring to help others do the same."

Firstly, it is important that you gain a deep sense of self-awareness. To understand who you currently are. During these sessions we will explore your personality, strengths, weaknesses, values and drive. At this time we will understand any current challenges you might be facing, and in which areas of your life you want to grow.

Who do i want to become?

Once you have developed a solid understanding of yourself, we will begin to focus on your future self. The best version of you. When you create identity based changes, this is when permanent transformation occurs. This is the time to design your life, and the version of yourself you can't stop thinking about.

How do I get there?

Now that you know who you are and who you want to become, it is time to take action. This is the time to develop an action plan. You will understand how your mind works, how to break and create habits, the science behind motivation, and develop your "genius toolbox" to make sure you keep walking forward and never look back.
